Job Purpose:
We are seeking an inspiring Chief Officer for Business Solutions to drive excellence across ICT, Digital Innovation, Strategic Improvement and Corporate Performance.  Leading a new and growing in house team you will shape resilient, high-performing and value for money systems that support every aspect of the Council’s service delivery.
 
Working closely with the Assistant Chief Executive Corporate and Chief Officers, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering transformation across the organisation, championing smarter use of technology, data and innovative performance measurement.
 
If you are a proactive, collaborative leader who thrives on challenge, motivates teams to deliver change and embraces openness and accountability, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.  As part of the Senior Management Team, you will help deliver Our Future Highland, a major programme supporting our 2024–2027 budget strategy and transforming services for our communities.
