Post Title: Children's Services Manager (Care & Support)
Location: Highlands - can be based at any of our office locations, across the Highlands
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Fixed Term for 12 months
Salary: £65,356 - £71,362 per annum
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To provide operational management and leadership in the Highland Area for Children’s Health and Social Care Services in line with the GiRFEC Practice Model. This CSM post will be responsible for the Youth Justice and Aftercare Services sitting within Children’s social work service and Health & Social Care partnership. Supporting managers and Practice Leads to deliver quality services for children, families adults and communities; to liaise with practitioners and professional leads from various professional groups to ensure a co-ordinated and integrated approach to these services; and to have line management responsibility for Practice Leads or other managers in designated roles that contribute to integrated service collaborative networks (communities of practice) including those provided by Family Teams/Hubs, Registered Services, Mental Health Services and Justice Services across the Highlands. The CSM also has a key strategic role in supporting Shifting the Balance of Care and the Family First strategy of the service.
