Salary: £26,243 - £26,974 per annum
* Overtime may be required to complete daily duties
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To work as part of a team, and to carry out all duties involved with refuse and recycling collections. Assist when required with duties at Household Waste Recycling Centres/Waste Transfer Stations, dog fouling clear-ups, bulky uplifts, road carcass uplift and removal, bin deliveries, fly tipping removal, visitor management, and
street cleansing/litter removal. The job will include manual lifting, client facing, working alone or as part of a crew/team. The work required is highly visible to our communities and must meet Highland Council Standards as set by the local Waste Management Officer and Foreperson and/or the community.
