Post Title: Community Works Operative 5 (Other - Arborist)
Location: Tore
Hours: 37 hours per week
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £27,801 - £30,360 p.a.

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: The post holder will primarily be responsible for providing an arboriculture service within the Highland Council. The post holder will also be required to carry out other horticultural duties as and when required.

Requirements

1. Valid NPTC/LANTRA chainsaw certification
2. Valid NPTC/LANTRA climbing and aerial rescue certification
3. Minimum of three years’ experience
4. Awareness of Health & Safety within a working environment
5. A driving license is essential
