Job Purpose: To work as part of a customer focused team, delivering an efficient and professional service to the communities of The Highland Council. This will involve supporting a diverse customer base, uniquely tailoring support to meet individual needs. Assisting customers in accessing and applying for Highland Council services via a multi-channel approach, taking appropriate action to provide an effective service, seeking to maximise resolution at first point of contact.

The post holder will also assist in the administration of the Blue Badge and National Entitlement scheme and the Highland Council Communication Support booking service.
