Job Purpose: To assist, or in the absence of the Manager, be responsible for the management of a residential childcare house (or houses), including the care of the young people and staff, the budget, resources and fabric of the building.

Requirements

Willingness and ability to register with the Scottish Social Services Council as a worker with supervisory responsibilities and to train to their required standard (HNC / SVQ Level III in Social Care, PDA in Medication, Leadership and Management Award) and to support those in the team to do the same.
