Job Purpose: The Strategic Improvement & Performance team, within The Highland Council’s Business Solutions Service, co-ordinates and delivers a wide range of improvement programmes and projects. These are driven both by the Councils Delivery Plan and respective strategies covering Digital, Data & ICT as well as Service-driven business outcomes to support frontline service delivery.
