Job Purpose: To assist the Senior Resilience Officer in the provision of an effective Emergency Planning service for the Highland Council and therefore, to the Highland Community.

Requirements
Education to HNC or HND level or professional equivalent.
Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
Evidence of completion of Emergency Planning College courses (eg Preparing COMAH plans
Significant and appropriate experience of working within the discipline of Emergency Planning and Business Continuity Management within a large complex organisation.
