Salary: HC05 - HC07 £26,299 - £36,345 p.a.

Job Purpose: To assist the Property Inspections Management Officer (PIMO) throughout the complete range of property management duties with particular emphasis on property asset data, property surveys, property projects, statutory requirements, service contracts, data management and health and safety compliance.

Educated to degree standard in a relevant property related discipline, with a view to obtaining full membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, by working towards the APC or full membership of CIOB.

Suitable experience in the maintenance of buildings or related works.

You will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within Highland to meet the operational requirements of the Service.
