Location: Inverness/Hybrid
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £41,423 - £44,899 per annum

Job Purpose: To assist in the provision of a comprehensive health and safety advisory service to the various Services of the Council in order to meet statutory requirements and to actively assist the Occupational Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager in developing and maintaining a strong and positive health and safety culture.

Requirements
- Health and safety experience in a Local Authority or other multidisciplinary organisation.
- A professional qualification in occupational health and safety (NEBOSH diploma or equivalent).
- Chartered membership of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) or willing to work towards this accreditation
- Willing to travel (including overnight stays).
