Post Title: Health, Safety and Wellbeing Adviser
Location: Flexible base in the Highlands
Hours: Up to 35 hours per week (flexible)
Duration: Permanent
Salary: HC8 £38,474 - £41,714 p.a.

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To support the delivery of a comprehensive health, safety, and wellbeing advisory service across all Council Services, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Actively assist the Occupational Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Manager in fostering and maintaining a strong, positive culture of health, safety, and wellbeing in the Council.

Requirements

  1. NEBOSH diploma or equivalent or at minimum NEBOSH certificate or equivalent and working towards the NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Chartered membership of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) or willing to work towards this accreditation.
