Job Purpose: Manage a housing repairs and maintenance service.
Provide a responsive, efficient, effective, customer oriented, housing repairs and maintenance service, achieving value for money while managing significant revenue budgets.
Be responsible for achieving key performance targets.
Ensure that statutory requirements are met and that the Service’s responsibilities are carried out to the highest standards.
Contribute to organisational and asset strategy as a member of the Investment and Building Maintenance Management Team.

Requirements
Educated to degree level or equivalent and evidence of continuing professional development.
An appropriate professional qualification or membership of a professional organisation relevant to the functions of the post.
Significant experience (at least 5 years) of managing and delivering relevant operational services and of managing a significant number of staff and other resources.
The ability to manage a geographically dispersed workforce and efficiently travel across
the Highland area when required.
