In this pivotal role, you’ll gather and assess evidence, establish the facts, and produce clear reports that support informed decision-making. Requirements

Professional Certification within Human Resources, Law or Business administration or a related field. 

Familiarity with employment law and the Highland Council Policies and procedures.
