Post Title: ICT Officer (3 Posts)
Location: Hybrid in Highland
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £35,399 - £39,585 per annum

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To support and assist the Council’s ICT Data Centre & Cloud Operations. To support the overall provision of service, including the elements carried out in house and those carried out by external suppliers.  To support the overall provision of a high quality, efficient and effective service to end users that delivers the desired customer service experience and improves customer satisfaction. 

The post holder will be a member of the team providing management and support for Windows Server, Azure, Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Teams, email and related infrastructure services and components e.g. platform security, Azure Services and Active Directory. The team’s role is key to delivering and maintaining ICT solutions and services.
