Job Purpose: This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a new ICT team that is committed to delivering quality ICT services to The Highland Council.
To supervise an ICT service desk team responsible for delivering support to end users in relation to the Council’s ICT Services. To manage the overall provision of a high quality, efficient and effective service to end users that delivers the desired customer service experience and improves customer satisfaction.
