Location: Highland Council Headquarters, Inverness
Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £44,590 - £48,266 per annum

Job Purpose:
To establish and manage an effective method of ensuring that the work of all internal and external professional and technical staff is QA checked and reviewed to best ensure that developing designs are checked to be of an acceptable design and technical standard and are coordinated with the input of other project designers.
To establish and maintain an integrated set of construction standards for the design team, liaising with Asset Management, Building Maintenance, Energy and Client teams.
To establish and maintain an appropriate suite of performance indicators for the design team.
