Job Purpose: To provide a high quality effective and customer focused inspection, repair and maintenance service in respect of council houses and public buildings within a defined operational area.

Requirements
- HNC/ SVQ 3 in appropriate discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experienced tradesperson/ Clerk of Works / Building Services Inspector/ Property Maintenance Manager
- You will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various
work locations within Highland to meet the operational requirements of the
Service.
