Job Purpose: To provide a high quality effective and customer focused inspection, repair and maintenance service in respect of council houses and public buildings within a defined operational area.

Requirements

  • HNC/ SVQ 3 in appropriate discipline or equivalent relevant experience. 
  • Experienced tradesperson/ Clerk of Works / Building Services Inspector/ Property Maintenance Manager 
  • You  will  be  expected  to  travel  efficiently  and  effectively  between  various  
    work locations within Highland to meet the operational requirements of the  
    Service.
