Post Title: Planner/Graduate Planner
Location: Inverness
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Permanent

Salary:
Planner (HC09 - £41,386.80 to £44,790.20)
Graduate Planner (HC06 - £29,047 to £32,359.60) 

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To support the delivery of development and infrastructure across Highland by contributing to the preparation and review of Development Plans, the determination of planning applications, provision of pre-application advice and enabling developmen. Requirements

  • Educated to degree level in an appropriate discipline, accredited by RTPI
  • Full membership of the RTPI for Planner level
  • You will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within Highland to meet the operational requirements of the ServicE.
