Job Purpose: Undertake the administration of contract documents and all tendering processes, to meet procurement regulations and Council procedures To lead a site team carrying out supervision and contract compliance of construction contracts throughout Highland, including associated compensation evaluation and dispute resolution, and all administrative processes.

Requirements

Chartered Engineer - Member of ICE, or equivalent. 

Current Drivers Licence and access to Personal Transport.
