Job Purpose: Working on The Highland Council’s property portfolio - which includes the Operational estate, the Investment portfolio and Common Good property – the postholder will provide high quality and cost-effective property advice, entailing a wide range of Estates functions including, property valuations, rent reviews, acquisitions, disposals and negotiations in respect of the Council's portfolios.

Requirements
- Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
- RICS Registered Valuer.
- Evidence of continuing professional development undertaken.
- Experience of working as a qualified Chartered Surveyor for a minimum of 2 years and undertaking commercial transactions including disposal, acquisition, rent reviews and management of property assets.
You will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within Highland to meet the operational requirements of the Service.
