Job Purpose: To assist in the delivery of the development management function and in particular with the larger more complex planning applications predominantly within the Skye Lochalsh & Wester Ross and wider area.

Requirements

-Post qualification experience in a wide range of planning work, including development management  

- Full membership of the RTPI

- You will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within Highland to meet the operational requirements of the Service

- Sound knowledge of Development Management and its procedures and administration and relevant related planning functions
