Job Purpose: To manage the delivery of the Highland Investment Plan (HIP) and associated workstreams to ensure effective governance and implementation across a wide range of internal and external partner delivery organisations.

Requirements
Evidence of higher education and qualified to degree level.
Significant experience of managing complex programmes and projects and delivering
strategic outcomes.
Significant experience of partnership working across the public and private sectors.
Significant experience of leading and managing high performing teams.
