Job Description

Post Title: Programme Manager (Highland Investment Plan)
Location: Highland Council Headquarters, Inverness (Hybrid)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £65,356 - £71,362 per annum

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To manage the planning, governance and delivery of the Highland Investment Plan (HIP) within the People Cluster, ensuring programmes achieve agreed outcomes and deliver value.  You will apply a strong understanding of service delivery environments including education service needs and estate planning considerations to support effective prioritisation and capital investment decisions. 

Working across a complex partnership landscape, you will drive performance, ensure robust programme management and governance, and provide leadership to internal and external stakeholders to deliver HIP projects on time, within budget and to a high standard.
