Job Description

Post Title: Project Co-ordinator
Location: Headquarters, Inverness/ Hybrid
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Fixed Term for 12 Months
Salary: £36,636 - £40,968 per annum

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To support the delivery, monitoring and administration of the Bus Infrastructure Fund (BIF) programme within the Integrated Transport Team. The postholder will assist with the coordination of project activity, maintain programme records, monitor spend, support funding claims and ensure evidence is collected and retained in line with Council standards and external funder requirements. The role will help maintain a secure audit trail across BIF-funded projects and will provide coordination support for meetings, reporting, stakeholder engagement and project governance for the wider Integrated Transport Team.
