Duration: Fixed Term for 12 Months

Job Purpose:
The Project Manager WFWP will collaborate with stakeholders and teams to support and implement change management plans for the Whole Family Wellbeing Programme.

The role will include communicating the nature of change to be delivered and supporting these changes.
