Post Title: Quantity Surveying Technician
Location: Highland Council Headquarters, Inverness
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £38,474 - £41,714 p.a.

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To support the Principal Contracts Officer in providing a 
comprehensive, high quality, cost-effective and efficient Quantity 
Surveying service encompassing all aspects ranging from feasibility 
studies through to negotiation of final accounts and post completion 
analyses.

Requirements

Recognised  Quantity  Surveying  Degree  with  suitable  relevant  experience,  or suitable industry related experience in the Quantity Surveying profession / Contract  administration.

You  will  be expected to  travel  efficiently and effectively between  various work locations within Highland to meet the operational requirements of the Service.
