Job Purpose: To work as part of a customer focused team, delivering an efficient and professional service to the communities of The Highland Council. Assisting customers in accessing services via a multi-channel approach. Responsible for assisting a diverse customer base in recording Births, Deaths, Still-births, Marriages and Civil Partnerships in accordance with the appropriate government legislation and set guidance laid down by the Registrar General for Scotland. Providing access to library facilities and carrying out all duties associated with the running of the library.
