Job Purpose: Support the Team Leader (Revenues) with the operational provision of an effective and efficient customer-focused council tax and benefits entitlement service.
Comply with policies and procedures relevant to delivery of council tax and benefits entitlement service. § Deputise for the Team Leader (Revenues) as a local representative of the Revenues.
Business Support section of the Finance Service, liaising as appropriate with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements
Standard Grade 3/4 or equivalent in English, Mathematics and/or Accounting, or have experience and training to an equivalent standard.
