Job Purpose: To be a member of the team at HQ responsible for the Council’s Legal Services work relating to litigation and advice for the Revenues and Corporate Resources Service.

Requirements

  • Scottish LLB law degree or equivalent Scottish qualification
  • Diploma in Legal Practice
  • Current Practising Certificate (unrestricted) from the Law Society of Scotland
  • At least 3 years PQE
  • At least 2 PQE years in the conduct of debt recovery legal work
