Job Purpose: To have overall management responsibility for the leadership and strategic support of the Democratic Service and the operational delivery of Committee, Elections and Member Services as part of an integrated approach and in line with the Service delivery model; and to support all managers within the Service to deliver quality services for Democratic Services, in accordance with the agreed delivery plan and service priorities.

Requirements
A relevant degree or professional qualification relating to the delivery of Democratic Service and evidence of continuing professional development.
Significant experience of leadership and management responsibilities in services delivered by the Corporate Cluster.
