Job Purpose: To have overall management responsibility for the strategic support and operational delivery of Roads, Amenities, Lighting & Communications (RAL) as part of an integrated approach and in line with the Service delivery model.
To provide strategic support to all managers within the Service to deliver quality services and enhanced customer engagement within budget and in accordance with the agreed delivery plans.
Develop and enhance commercial opportunities within the Roads, Amenities, Lighting & Communications Services.
