Post Title: Tenant Participation Officer
Location: Travel Required to Skye & Lochalsh Area (Home Working)
Hours: 17.5 Hours Per Week
Duration: Fixed Term until January 2027
Salary: £15,743 - £17,462 p.a.
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: As part of the Tenant Participation Team you will be working closely with the Principal Tenant & Customer Engagement Officer to support and promote tenant participation across Highland with a focus on Skye. You will ensure tenants have meaningful opportunities to influence housing services. The role will focus on producing high-quality newsletter content, managing distribution channels, and collecting and analysing survey data to inform service improvements.

Requirements
This role may require occasional evening or weekend work to support tenant events. Travel across in and around Skye will be necessary to support strategic aims, therefore full driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
