Job Description
To monitor and inspect areas of the community in respect of the general aesthetics of housing estates, vandalism, environmental improvements, abandoned vehicles, communal repairs and all other general Housing Estate Management issues.Requirements
Inspection and supervision of designated areas.
Dealing with tenants’ complaints.
Estate management and cleaning.
Preparation of reports and attendance at meetings.
Other duties as required.Responsibilities
n/aThe Individual
Previous experience in a caretaking role or in a housing management environment.
2 SQA standard grades or equivalent at Level 3 or above.
Ability to work with a minimum of supervision, prioritise tasks and co-operate with colleagues.
Ability to accurately record information.
Experience in using Microsoft Office packages inc Word, Excel.
Access Good organisation/time management skills.
