Job Description

Are you a dynamic, highly organised professional with a passion for enabling leadership excellence? We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Support Manager to lead our Executive Support Hub, providing strategic and operational support to the Corporate Leadership Team.

About the Role

As Executive Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Executive Support Hub. You’ll lead a team of Executive Support Officers, fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Your work will directly support the Corporate Leadership Team, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities and organisational impact.

Under the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020, the successful candidate will be required to undertake a Disclosure Check.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and develop all business functions of the CLT Executive Support Hub, ensuring high-quality, consistent support across the Corporate Leadership Team.
  • Provide a highly confidential personal and proactive executive and business support service.
  • Develop and implement best practices for executive support, including diary management, meeting coordination, and communications.
  • Act as a key liaison between senior leaders and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in Executive Support services.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management for the executive support team.
