The Role
As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee three vital portfolios:
• People Management. Champion a modern, inclusive workplace through extensive people management, guiding HR operations, pay and reward, employee relations, and wellbeing. You will ensure that our workforce remains motivated, engaged and supported through best practices and innovative solutions.
• Organisational Development & Change. Drive cultural transformation, talent development, workforce planning, and change management to support continuous improvement.
• Community Strategy & Engagement. Lead the development of corporate strategy, community planning, engagement, and communications—ensuring our services are defined by evidence, insight and impact
What You Bring
• Proven strategic leadership in complex settings, with a track record in extensive people management
• Expertise in HR, organisational development and community engagement
• A collaborative, inclusive, and forward-thinking mindset
• Passion for innovation, equity, and continuous improvement
• Ideally, a professional qualification and/or active membership of CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development)
