Job Summary

The Internal Audit service for North Ayrshire Council is delivered in-house, based within the Chief Executive’s directorate. This is an exciting role within an internal audit team that is at the forefront of a shifting landscape, adopting fresh perspectives and strategies to deal with the challenges of the future. The position is based in Irvine, however North Ayrshire Council is committed to flexible working arrangements across our workforce, and the successful candidate will work to an agile workstyle. The Internal Auditor will report to the Team Manager (Internal Audit) and applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates who meet the essential criteria within the role profile.
