North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership is continually transforming the way in which we deliver our services to ensure we are achieving the best possible outcomes for the people of North Ayrshire. We have an exciting opportunity within the Transformation Team for an enthusiastic and skilled individual to deliver a number of change initiatives from within our ambitious Transformation Plan. The successful candidate will manage the projects, and lead on service redesign activities, working creatively and collaboratively across the partnership to deliver the change required. This is initially a fixed term post for 23 months. An internal secondment would be considered however please discuss with your line manager before making an application.
