Join the Information Governance Team as a Senior Customer Support Administrator. This role is central to ensuring the Council meets its statutory obligations under UK GDPR & the Data Protection legislation, with a strong focus on managing and coordinating Subject Access Requests (SARs) and redaction for HSCP. As part of a busy and supportive team, you’ll contribute to improving service delivery by applying redactions, maintaining robust processes, and supporting colleagues in meeting response deadlines, particularly where demand. You’ll work closely with officers across IG and HSCP to ensure information is gathered, reviewed, and redacted appropriately, often coordinating complex, multi‑service inputs while upholding high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and customer care. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to make a meaningful impact on data rights, service quality, and public trust.
