Job Summary

Trindlemoss House is a residential unit that supports adults with a learning disability, autism and behaviours of concern. We are committed to delivering high quality, person centred care that promotes independence, dignity and meaningful outcomes. Our focus is on enabling residents to live full and rewarding lives in a safe, supportive environment. We are looking for a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team. This is a key leadership position combining staff management responsibilities with hands on support for the individuals who live at Trindlemoss House. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the unit, provide guidance and supervision to Support Workers, and model best practice in delivering compassionate, trauma informed care. You will also play a central role in supporting residents to achieve positive outcomes through personalised support plans, active engagement, and consistent, high quality practice.
