Job Summary
Temporary for 12 months.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a social worker to join the Children and families team in the Irvine Locality for a period of 12 months covering maternity leave. In this role you would be working alongside other professionals to create multi-agency care plans providing early, preventative, statutory and child protection interventions with vulnerable children and families in the Irvine locality. The team are very passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people, practising in an innovative way. We are committed to innovative, strengths-based practice. We are a supportive team and we work hard to embed children and young person-focussed frameworks such as The Promise, and Signs of Safety in our practice. The wider Partnership is heavily invested in the development of the community and staff, therefore this is a great opportunity to come and work in North Ayrshire.
