Post: Part Time Front of House Assistant

Rate of Pay: £12.00 per hour

Hours: 12.5 hours

Role Summary: Delivering excellent customer service to customers and employees whilst working with diverse and dynamic team within a fast-paced environment

Job Purpose:

  • Present a friendly, helpful and welcoming environment to all customers
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
  • Maintain excellent communications with customers, either face to face, by telephone or in writing
  • Accurately process and record all income received from customers
  • To undertake reception duties including admissions, membership sales, bookings and general enquiries.

You Must Have:

    • Be computer literate and ideally familiar with Legend CRM booking system
    • Have good customer service skills
