Post: Recreation Assistant I – Full Time

Rate of Pay: £13.52 per hour (K:A Leisure provides workers with a minimum hourly rate of £13.52 under the Living Wage Initiative. Term and Conditions apply)

Hours: Full time – 37 hours per week

Duration: Permanent

Location: The Portal, Irvine

Job Purpose

• Preparation of facilities for use and on-going cleaning of facilities, ensuring a high standard of housekeeping for our customers and colleagues
• Provide assistance to customers
• General supervision of the facilities and services

The post primarily involves cleaning and general duties detailed above. The post will involve lifeguarding duties as and when required. As such, we are ideally seeking candidates for the position who have a current lifeguarding qualification or who would be open to becoming lifeguard qualified once appointed.
