Job Summary

Post: Recreation Assistant I (Golf Starter) - Temporary until end of September 2026

Rate of Pay: £13.52 per hour

Hours: 26.75 hours per week

Location: Ravenspark Golf Course, Kidsneuk, Irvine, KA12 8SR

Duration: Temporary until end of September 2026

Job Purpose:

• Use of computerised booking system for the course

• Processing of memberships and membership management

• Respond to customer enquiries in person and via telephone calls

• Provision of assistance to the customers

• Preparation of facilities for use and the on-going cleaning of the facility ensuring a high standard of “housekeeping” for the customers

• Work as part of a team to ensure that adequate arrangements are in place to maintain the service for customers

• General supervision of the use of the facilities and services

• Promote the activities and programmes available within all the company’s facilities

You Must Have:

• Experience of working in a customer focused environment

• Flexible in approach to working patterns

• Experience of Cash Handling and basic IT Skills

• Must be self-motivated in carrying out all aspects of post
