Post: Relief Recreation Assistant II (Pool)

Rate of Pay: £13.52 per hour (K:A Leisure provides workers with a minimum hourly rate of £13.52 under the Living Wage Initiative. Term and Conditions apply.)

Job purpose:
The Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and enjoyment of all pool users. This includes supervising the pool and surrounding areas, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and facility preparation, and providing excellent customer service. The role contributes to a safe, welcoming environment and supports the delivery of swimming lessons, programmes, and other aquatics activities.

• Assist with the day to day running of the facility

Desirable:
• Current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
Successful applicants who do not possess the above qualification will be required to take and pass the relevant course (arranged by KA Leisure).
