This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the planning and delivery of the council’s new supply programme which aims to deliver 5,000 new homes by 2035.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be part of the New Supply management team based in Civic Centre, Motherwell and will be involved in all aspects of quantity surveying function for the new supply programme, including procurement and contract management.

You should be educated to degree level and be a full chartered member of RICS. You should have considerable experience within the design and construction industry, experience of computerised billing systems and good knowledge of public sector procurement and current contract conditions.

Working Pattern:

35 Hours Per Week

Monday to Thursday - 08:45 to 16:45

Friday - 08:45 to 16:15
