We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Systems and Analytics Team as a Systems Developer.

In this role, you will work closely with our Lead Systems Developers and play a key part in ensuring we maximise the effectiveness and value of our workforce systems such as iTrent and ServiceNow. You will collaborate with our People Resources teams to design innovative solutions and build systems that meet the needs of a diverse range of users.

The successful candidate will bring experience and knowledge of workforce systems within an HR and Payroll environment, with an understanding of the operational requirements, processes, and legislative considerations that support the delivery of effective HR and Payroll services.

Stakeholder Engagement

The successful candidate will be confident and comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally. You will engage with system users, service leads, technical specialists, and external partners to ensure our workforce systems are aligned with organisational needs, legislative requirements, and customer expectations. Strong communication skills, the ability to translate technical concepts into clear actions, and a collaborative approach will be essential.

About You

• Are you educated to HNC level in a relevant subject?

• Do you have experience and a proven track record in scoping, designing, developing and supporting workforce systems such as iTrent and ServiceNow within an HR and Payroll environment?

• Do you have knowledge and experience of working within an HR and Payroll service, with an understanding of workforce processes, payroll administration, and associated legislative requirements?

• Are you an excellent collaborator with experience working in a busy workforce, HR, or Payroll systems environment?

• Can you demonstrate self-motivation, flexibility, and a customer-focused approach to your work?

Work pattern:

35 hour per week - Monday - Thursday: 08:45 - 16:45 (including a 55 minute unpaid break)

Friday: 08:45 - 16:15 (including a 50 minute unpaid break)

*For all casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked in total recompense for annual leave, including public holidays. These rates will be indicated separately on your payslip.  You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
