You will be reporting to the Team Manager, Operational Support.
Your working pattern is Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. We are happy to talk flexible working, where possible.
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and business support, normally within the Environmental Health Service Area but also throughout the Service, according to demand.

We are looking for a suitable candidate who will form part of an established Operational Support team which provides all aspects of administrative support within Infrastructure and Organisational Development but in particular within the Environmental Health area.
The post holder will be required to undertake a wide variety of duties within this demanding environment. We therefore require someone who can demonstrate strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise their own workload whilst working under pressure and to strict deadlines. A core element of the role will be to provide support to a number of team members. It also involves regular contact and liaison with the General Public. To fulfil these requirements, you will need to be an articulate communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
