The above amounts include Distant Islands Allowance.

You will be reporting to the Team Manager (Resources).

You will work 17.5 hours per week. We are happy to talk flexible working, where possible.

As part of a small team, the successful candidate will provide all aspects of administrative support and will work closely with the Team Manager (Resources) to provide effective, efficient and consistent provision of high-quality business support to the directorate, and specifically to provide support for the Learning Link staff and the wider Community Learning Development and Employability team.

You will need to be able to work under pressure to strict deadlines, use your own initiative, maintain confidentiality and be able to work unsupervised. We are looking for a good communicator and with excellent organisational skills as you will be part of a wider team liaising with a wide range of customers.
