You will be reporting to the Business Engagement Manager.
The working pattern will be agreed with the successful applicant, with flexible options available.
The purpose of this role is to be responsible for effective administration and operational oversight to facilitate delivery of a range of short courses.
UHI Orkney has a vacancy for an Administrative Officer within the Short Course Section, to assist the Business Engagement Manager in the provision of an effective short course programme offer.
The role involves; liaising with local employers, course attendees and instructors; administration of bookings and award submissions; ensuring availability of equipment and resources required for course delivery and supporting course marketing and section development efforts.

This post is a regulated role with children, and requires Level 2 Disclosure with PVG scheme membership.
