The above amounts include Distant Islands Allowance
You will be reporting to Team Manager, Rents and Benefits.
Your working pattern is Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.

The purpose of this role is to provide residents with financial assistance via the Scottish Welfare Fund, Housing Benefit Awards, Council Tax Reduction and Discretionary Housing Payments.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing a front line service to our residents and will be responsible for processing customer information accurately and efficiently.
We need someone who has experience of dealing with customers and delivering high standards of customer care. We are looking for someone with good communication skills, interpersonal skills and who works well in a team environment.
Ideally the successful post holder should have an interest in Welfare benefits and have good numerical skills.
